Mr. Kerley joined Jackson Reconstruction, Inc. in 2021, bringing with him 22 years of related experience as a law enforcement officer, reconstructing accidents for the US Army, the Denver Police Department, Phoenix Police Department, Colorado State Patrol, and finally, the Garden City Police Department, where he taught accident reconstruction. He was also a police motorcycle instructor with many years of riding experience. He has previously testified as an expert in accident reconstruction.

Mr. Kerley is further trained to the level of instructor in the theory and administration of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFST) and as a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE). He has previously testified as an expert in both of these additional areas. His complete CV is available by request.
